The market kept dropping, my grace ****** expires on Feb 13, and my price is now *******. October the listing finally expired by then the market dropped and I listed with another agency. I did several open houses myself referred the people back to MV Realty,never heard back. Then I got another 2 hours when no one showed up. Was not granted another open house until I dropped my price to *******. No marketing was done, begged for open houses.none occurred until I dropped my price ****** when I was granted 2 hours on a Saturday of the agent's time and no one came. I signed the listing on April 8 they post dated my listing contract to April 13, the pictures were taken after the 13th and the sign finally appeared around April 22. I listed with MV Realty for 6 months as required by the agreement. I signed the homeowners benefit agreement in 2019.
